Because I live in Orem, many of my reviews will be of restaurants in Utah County. I'll try to branch out, and welcome reviews by others about restaurants that I just hope to visit.
1) Location. 340 E 1200 S, Orem. West of University Mall (across State St.). It's easy to get to and there's lots of good parking. A
2) Price. My family went for lunch and their menu did actually say "Lunch Menu", but otherwise, it seemed exactly the same as any other restaurant in price - for dinner. My entree was about $12 and my husband's was similar, but we did get plenty of food for the price. Seemed more like a dinner menu. With a 2-liter bottle of Guarana' to split as well as a fried cheesecake for dessert, the total came to $32. Pricey for lunch, but reasonable for the amount and quality of food. B
3) Family friendliness. My two toddlers kind of went crazy. Because we got there right as it opened (hours are 11:30 to 3 pm and then from 5 pm till late), there weren't too many people to bother. My kids made quite the mess with the superb fresh salsa and store-bought corn chips. But there was plenty of space between tables for the high chair and for my kids to explore. There's a decent waiting area with three or four large benches. A-
4) Wait. Because we got there as it opened, we didn't have any wait time to get seated. We'll have to go back at dinner to see if it's significant. There was a wait to have our orders taken but it wasn't bad. Again, that might be different for a dinner rush. There was also a wait to get our food. The interesting thing was that there was a disclaimer on the menu saying that "good food takes time. All our food is prepared fresh." Or something like that. We then waited after lunch to finish up. It was a good thing we didn't go with only an hour for lunch or we might have run late. Take that into consideration. C
5) Food. Besides it being very close to authentic (my husband was absolutely giddy to find more than one of the foods he had known in Bolivia on the menu), it was very tasty. My husband got ceviche and was extremely pleased with his food. I can't remember the name of my dish, but it was fettucine noodles with some kind of pesto, topped with very thin steak-like meat and a couple of sliced potatoes on the side. Also super yummy. A+
To sum up: long waits, especially if you're in a hurry, amazing food, on the high end of average for price. I give this restaurant an A. We'll definitely go back.
